OUR JOURNEY
The firm was founded in 1996 by Abé Bosman, a specialist in Occupational
Health and Safety law. The firm has since grown exponentially, which necessitated additional in-house legal resources.
In 2015, Brigs Connor Venter joined the firm as a specialist in Environmental Legal Compliance with in-depth knowledge and understanding of environmental legislation, policies and regulations. Brigs is now a Partner of the Firm, and he leads our consolidated Sustainability
Department. This incorporates Environmental Compliance and Energy.

Brigs has over 8 years’ experience in conducting Legal Compliance Audits, which includes advising clients on environmental duties and authorisations, appeals and reviews, and well as environmental indemnifications and warranties pertaining to commercial agreements.
